However, there are still deaths and injuries as a result of jaywalking. Could there be a flaw in the design or structure of the roads or are the measures inadequate? Is the pace of city living so fast that people have no time to wait for the traffic lights to turn red? These were some of the questions I would like to find out in this research. To do this, I examined a junction between Jalan Eunos and Eunos Crescent which had a high rate of jaywalking and found out the reasons why people jaywalked.
